Covid-19 Update

The clinic is still the fun, therapeutic space it's always been, but we've made some important changes in an effort to keep everyone safe.

We are following the CDC, Oregon Health Department, and Washington Health Department guidelines. Outlined are a few of the changes we believe will be most important to you and your family. 

• We require a mask for all who enter the office and ask that you please minimize guests that do not have a scheduled appointment.  If you forget your mask, we have some available.
• Children over 5 years old are required to wear masks if they are able.
• We would like all payments to be made in the patient portal or with a credit card on file that is run when your child check’s in for their appointment. The form to authorize payment is below. Please complete it and bring it with you to your appointment.
