Interactive Metronome

The Interactive Metronome (IM) is a computer based training program shown to improve attention, coordination, and timing in individuals with a wide range of cognitive and physical difficulties. It has been especially effective in treating individuals with ADHD. Studies have shown that individuals who completed IM training had improved attention and focus, motor control and coordination, language processing, improved self regulation and improved reading and math fluency.
